There is free pickup of bags back and the instructions are very clear. OMG! I love them and for all my life time needs I will go to them! “Great company, great service! Initially, I overordered the number of bags I thought I needed according to their online calculator. On the day of delivery I phoned to ask if they could hold back two bags which they did without issue and credited me back the cost of two bags when they received it back to their site. Yet again, I still had one bag unused and Klassen Big Bag accepted the return without issue. So easy to work with this company!”
